I have applied for an tutoring job for college students. Its a part-time job and it pays about $15 dollars an hour. Tomorrow i’m going in for an interview and I was wondering what type of questions to expect, and if you can, how I should answer the questions.
Im a college student, and this will be my first paying job if I get it. I will be tutoring kids in k-12 school, but most likely elementary school kids.

I am a teacher, and I am getting SO tired of being on my feet all the time, mainly because my feet hurt so much. I see a lot of teachers wearing crocs, sketchers, and so many other brands that are cute.

I always get sidetracked in my own mind when I don’t have music on. Everytime I’m in class I try to concentrate, but I end up listening into other people’s conversations and then forget about what I’m doing. How can I convince my teachers that I need it in order to do my work and pass?

Do I need to get a form from each college, or from the common app website or something? Do I just tell them and they get a form from somewhere else?
My friend is a new teacher (right out of college) and has had trouble finding a full time teaching job for elementary school. She is thinking of becoming a substitute teacher but doesn’t know if it would pay the bills. Can substitute teachers make as much money as a full time teacher? If not then what else could she do?

I’ll be in an Algebra class (I’m already bad at math) where the teacher is known for having over half her class fail. It’s not that she’s mean, she just can’t teach.
Even the other Algebra teachers will tutor you if they know you have her as a teacher. What can I list as a reason for switching teachers? They might think I just want to get in a class with my friends.

My brothers high school teacher is making his class stay for long periods after the bell as punishment. This is ridiculous because some of the kids are missing their bus and others who are behaving properly are having to stay as well. How long are teachers allowed to keep these student after class?
