I’m working on a masters in school counseling (I’d like to focus on the elementary level). I can easily find resources for lesson plans and units for teachers, but I am having greater difficulty finding the same for school counselors ie. lessons/units on character education, bullying, problem solving, social skills ,etc. Are there such lessons specifcally designed for school counseling and the school counseling program? Contact your local school district and ask to speak w/a guidance counselor. Ask for an appointment to speak w/them about guidance units and lesson plans. Most classroom teachers also have copies of this material.

My ex-wife did the same thing as you are career-wise. I know for a fact that she got her hands on a 3 ring binder (that must have been 6 inches thick) that was full of objectives & activities for everything you listed, plus alot more. Every other counselor who ever saw it, wanted it. I don’t know where she got it, but if you’ll email me with your contact info. I’ll find out for you and let you know the details
